Lily Bennu
Lily Bennu is an author, Reiki Master, orgonite creator, and Kemetic spiritual practitioner dedicated to making spirituality simple, accessible, and transformative. She is the self-published author of Life Always Renews and is currently working with Balboa Press on her upcoming spiritual guidebook Spirituality Simplified, set to release in 2026.An Egyptologist and current English master’s student (graduating in 2026), Lily weaves together ancestral wisdom, energy work, language, and storytelling to help others reconnect with clarity, purpose, and inner sovereignty. She plans to relocate to Egypt in 2027 to deepen her studies in history, spirituality, and temple traditions while continuing to write, teach, and create orgonite and resin art.
